Toronto Island Wedding

What a perfect day for a wedding on the Island.

It is no secret that this summer in Ontario was not what we're used to. The amount of rain that came down in the early weeks of summer had everyone afraid that the island would be flooded and closed for Caroline and Mario's wedding. The soon-to-be newlyweds had planned their day on the island not only for them, but for the bride's family. Her family would be coming all the way from Switzerland and had never been to Toronto before. It was important for everyone that we take advantage of the stunning cityscape as these photos would not only document such a beautiful day but would prove to be the best souvenir that Caroline's family would return home with. Thankfully, the rain held up for us and the day turned out to be perfect. Though the sand bags made for a challenge with the photography, the photos turned out amazing - we even managed to capture the most beautiful sunset over the city.

Megan was our wedding photographer in August 2017 and we couldn’t have been happier with her and her work!!!! Everything from the preparation process (meetings/emails) to the handling of the day-of was absolute top-professional! She was super fun and upbeat and many of our guests commented on her great personality. The photos turned out absolutely beautiful and even better than anticipated. She has a great eye and managed to catch beautiful candid shots and lively portraits of us as the wedding couple. She send us the work within the time promised and put even a personal touch to the packaging. I recommend Megan 100%!!!
